Saithanic - Astronomy and Astrophysics
Purpose
This file collects Saitan high register terms for observation, orbital mechanics, planetological analysis and astroclimatic description. The focus is not on everyday names of individual celestial bodies, but on the terms with which observatories, archives, educational institutions and systematic research work.
Working principles
- Where possible, existing roots from
05_Wurzelregister.mdand the series from06_Fachserien.mdwill continue to be used. - Proper names such as Iyath, Saivor, Naar, Seyra and Orun remain as fixed identifiers in Saithan technical prose; Above all, measurement, classification, field and process terms are saithanized.
- Saithan astronomy is strongly methodological: observation, measurement, cataloging, orbital law and environmental classification are more important than poetic object names.
- New forms of this file are composites of existing scientific roots and represent working canon for taught texts.

Register note
Saithanic does not replace every concrete name in astronomical texts. For names, map labels and popular explanatory prose, Veyrathi forms often remain more readable. Saithanic gains its weight where it is defined, measured, classified and recorded.
The standard counterpart to this is Veyrathi - Astronomy and Space Terminology. For proper names, choice of style and scholarly name glosses see also Veyrathi - Name and Style Sheet of the Iyath System.
