Enis

The Enis are the rarest of the five Enari genders and only make up around 4% of the total population. Despite their small number, they play an exceptionally important role in the reproductive biology of the species. Their main biological function is the production of a highly specialized activating enzyme that triggers the actual start of embryonic development within the brood matrix.

While Enu provide the nutritive matrix, Enor provide the cellular components, Enel enable hormonal synchronization and Enath contribute structuring proteins, Enis provide the biochemical starting impulse for the development of the embryo. Without this stimulus, the breeding matrix remains stable but biologically inactive.

Because of this unique function, Enis have a particularly high symbolic and political status in many Enari cultures.

Core properties

  • about 4% of the total population
  • rarest gender of the Enari
  • reproductive contribution through a highly specialized activating enzyme
  • moderate, balanced physique between Enel and Enath
  • small amount of secretion with an exceptionally high biological effect
  • often high symbolic and political status

Social role

In many Enar cultures, Enis have a particularly high social status due to their crucial biological function. Their small number and their indispensable contribution to the beginning of embryonic development often give them political influence or symbolic authority.

In some states, Enis occupy leadership positions or are associated with concepts such as beginning, activation and origin. Their reproductive function is often transferred to social and political orders.

Psychology and behavior

Many Enis display a personality characterized by self-control, calmness and strategic thinking. They often appear thoughtful and avoid making impulsive decisions.

Their social status and biological function can lead to a strong emphasis on responsibility, duty and controlled demeanor. This supports their reputation as a triggering but not impulsive gender.
