Enari phenotypics and clusters

This section describes the visible variation of the Enari. The focus is not on ancestry myths or rigid “races”, but rather on a specialist system of cultural groups, phenotype clusters and individual markers.

Leading distinction

The Enarian administration summarizes the basic rule in a famous mnemonic:

Ethnicity = culture. Clusters = appearance. Markers = building blocks.

This distinguishes between social affiliation, statistically common appearance profiles and concrete observable characteristics.

Biologically, this section is connected to Skin and Sensory Organs and the Species profile of the Enari. Culturally, it affects rituals and everyday culture, because clusters are regularly read, misunderstood or tactically staged in everyday life.
